The AKC Reunite Canine Support and Relief Fund was established as a permanent charitable fund with the goals of providing resources, support, funds, and other assistance to not-for-profit canine search and rescue organizations, not-for-profit veterinary units providing support to the canine rescue teams, and not-for-profit animal shelters and similar not-for-profit organizations providing care for domestic animals orphaned or displaced as a result of natural or civil disasters. The genesis of this fund was the emergency relief fund established by AKC and AKC Reunite, which ultimately raised and distributed funds in the above three categories following the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States. The permanent AKC Reunite Canine Support and Relief Fund will be in place to respond immediately in the future as needed....
Take the Lead was founded in 1993 as a not-for-profit foundation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code dedicated to provide direct services, support and care for all qualified participants in the sport of dogs who suffer from the devastating realities of life-threatening or terminal illnesses.

The U.S. Sportsmen’s Alliance (USSA) is a 501(c)4 organization and provides direct lobbying and grassroots coalition support to protect and advance the rights of hunters, trappers, anglers, and scientific wildlife management professionals. The USSA is the only organization exclusively devoted to combating the attacks made on America’s sportsman traditions by anti-hunting and animal rights extremists. This is accomplished through coalition building, ballot issue campaigning, and legislative and government relations.
